1. Introduction
At Precisionware.co.za, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- You have the original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- The item is not listed as non-returnable (see Section 4).
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@precisionware.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
- Ship the item back to the address provided, at your own cost, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our side.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used items
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours. Include clear photos of the packaging and item(s) received. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate at no extra cost to you.
8. Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
